• Bearing Surface Precision ground. Flatness within 0.0012" (30 microns)
• Once locked impossible to shift.
• Totally enclosed acme screw with the three-point location of operating in Manganese Bronze Nut.
• Tenon slot machined in back as standard for CNC use.
• Swivel base graduated through 360°
• Vertical Tilting Capacity 90°

Application:

• Suitable for Milling - Grinding - Shaping- Drilling and Jig Boring.

Construction:

• These Vices are manufactured from close-grained Hi-Tensile seasoned Cast Iron.
• Jaws: Fully hardened (50±3 HRC) and ground tool steel jaws with parallelism within 0.0012" (30 microns)
• Spindle: Precisely cut ACME threads with a pitch most suitable for firm gripping and smooth operations.
• Nut: Hot stamped manganese bronze nut contained in totally enclosed sliding jaws.
• Fasteners: All fasteners used in the vices are grade 10.8 which provide extended strength and rigidity to these vices
• Supplied Complete with Steel Handle.
