Its wide body (22 mm) and extra-thick gauge material (1.6 mm) provide the ultimate stability necessary for metal demolition. Additionally, a micro-edge tooth geometry with precision-ground teeth ensures maximum lifetime. Speed and blade life in thick materials are further increased by a patented 2x2 large tooth pitch geometry. The BIM (bi-metal) blade is designed for cutting regular-strength steel materials. Its large tooth pitch (2.5+3.2 mm) can be used on pipes and profiles with a wall thickness of 4 mm to 12 mm. The blade’s standard length of 225 mm provides a cutting capacity of up to 175 mm. For use with reciprocating saws with 1/2 inch universal shank systems.
