KARAM Provides Stainless Steel Karabiners having screw-locking, twist-locking & triple-locking features, to suit a wide range of applications. Extensive tests are carried out on all Hooks & Connectors in KARAM to ensure highest level of performance. Testing of basic raw material rods/ sheets for correct composition on spectrometer. Online inspection during all intermediate processes. 100 % proof load testing at 23 kN post assembly of components. Static Strength testing on randomly drawn samples, lot wise for major axis, minor axis, gate side, strength and gateface strength as per requirement.
