KARAM Provides Steel Karabiners having screw-locking, twist-locking & triple-locking features, to suit a wide range of applications. Extensive tests are carried out on all Hooks & Connectors in KARAM to ensure highest level of performance. Testing of basic raw material rods/ sheets for correct composition on spectrometer. Online inspection during all intermediate processes. 100 % proof load testing at 16 kN post assembly of components. Static Strength testing on randomly drawn samples, lot wise for major axis, minor axis, gate side, strength and gateface strength as per requirement. KARAM range of Hooks and Connectors come with the following special features:
 

• Are openable by minimum 2 deliberate consecutive manual actions.
• A range of Manual & Automatic Locking Hooks and Connectors.
• Tested for both Gate function and Gate Resistance.
• Tested for corrosion resistence for minimum 72 hours of salt spray testing.
• Certified as per EN. Some connectors are also certified as per ANSI.
