An Industrial Infrared Thermometer, also known as an IR Gun, IR Thermometer or Temperature Gun, is a non-contact device used to measure the temperature of an object or surface from distance. It works by detecting the infrared radiation emitted by the object, converting it into an electrical signal, and displaying the temperature reading on a screen.

• For <0°C (32°F) : ±3°C (±5.4°F) or ±3%
• For >0°C (32°F) : ±1.5°C (±2.7°F) or ±1.5%
