Pilot 10 Ltr Pressure Feed Tank, PFT10

Material Handling Systems such as Pressure Feed Tank (PFT) provide a stable flow of liquids which greatly improves work efficiency for painting large surface areas and for continuous painting applications. PILOT Pressure Feed Tanks are equipped with easy to operate air regulators (to set the desired fluid outlet pressure), safety pressure relief valves and agitation to consistently maintain the correct pressure and spraying viscosity.

• Frequent refilling of cup is not required reducing spillage and wastage of material.
• Refilling time is considerably reduced.
• Bulk thinning of paint to the required viscosity is possible resulting in reduced colour variation, with mechanical agitation eliminating variation in finishing.
• Absence of the cup makes the gun lighter.Thus,less effort is required on part of the operator.
• The spray gun can be turned in any position without the fear of spilling or interrupting the paint supply providing greater freedom of manipulation to the operator.
• Overall productivity is increased and a higher rate of coverage can be achieved.
