Eye Wash equipment is used to flush the eyes with water when dust or chemical enter the eyes Safety Shower unit is designed to wash worker's head & body when it has come in contact with hazardous chemical.
 

Features:

• Eye wash Head : Two high-flow sprays, operated at low pressure, which washes the eye and face. Anti-dust cover protects the head from airborne contaminants and automatically opens with the water pressure.(Distance between two eye wash head-165 mm).
• Eye wash bowl : Highly visible yellow ABS plastic resistant to damage from most acid, alkali and oil.(Size-298mm).
• Push to open value : Its connect unit to uninterruptible water supply of 3 gallons.
• Base plate : To hold the shower structure in a stable position (Size-180mm).
• Foot Pedal : For supply and control of water flow in the eye wash head.
• Shower head : Made of highly visible yellow ABS plastic.Shower head is between 82”to 96'' above floor surface.(Size-265 mm).
• Pull Rod : For supply and control of water flow in shower head. Pull rod is within 69'' height above floor surface.(Size-737 mm).
• Shower Value : Through passage valve that opens automatically when the lever is pushed or pulled.The valve stays open until it is manually closed.
• Shower : Extra large drench shower head made of highly visible yellow ABS plastics.
• Pipe : ISI marked GI pipe with powder coating for anti-corrosion.
• Valve : SS stay open ball valve with yellow ABS push plate.
• Bowl : Receptor bowl made of ABS and highly resistant to acid, alkali and oil among others.
• Automiser heads : Twin soft flow automiser head which has aerators to control the stream straightness and diameter, thus reducing splash by aerating the stream. It also controls to save water and reduce energy costs. The twin flow has cover which protects from dust and opens with water pressure.
• Activation :For shower - Pull rod; For eyewash – Push plate/ Foot paddle.
• Supply water condition : Supply water : drinking water, Operating Press : 2 Kgf/cm2 (30 PSI), Operating Temp : Ambient.
