Kristeel 4 Inch / 100 x 70 mm Engineer Square (Graduated), ESG 4

These precision ground and hardened all steel engineer’s squares are ideal for setting up tools, aligning blades, and ensuring parts are set up properly. All surfaces are ground to ensure they are straight and parallel.

Unlike wooden and adjustable squares, the grinding process helps ensure the engineer’s square is always accurate. The beam is grooved at inside corner for clearance of sawdust or dirt. The blade length is measured from the inner edge to the tip. Squareness accuracy is 0.002″. As per DIN std.

• This square is made out of steel stock and a hardened blade.
• The blade is fixed to the stock by taper pins.
• All faces are precision ground.
