Sanwa 1000V / 2000 MOhms Range Analog Insulation Tester, PDM1529S

The Sanwa PDM1529S is a DC insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance of electric lines and electric equipment. This instrument has a minimum number of scale graduations and employs a three-range system for easy viewing and readability. This device has a maximum insulation resistance rating of 2000MΩ at 1000 Volts and has 1st effective measurement range of ±5% of full scale. The PDM1529S can measure both AC & DC voltages with 60 Volts maximum for DC and 600 Volts maximum for AC voltage. This instrument also features an Auto discharge function which is used immediately after an insulation test to automatically release charges stored within the circuit under test during measurement. The PDM1529S is IEC61010-1 CAT.III 600V certified and is also IP20 rated making it resistant to dust or particles that are over 12mm in size.
